Eleazar son of Dodo the Ahohite was one of David's Three Mighty Men, the most elite warriors in David's military ranks. He stood beside David against the Philistines when many others retreated and fought so fiercely that his hand clung to his sword. Along with David and other mighty men, he participated in victories that helped secure Israel during the early years of David's reign.
