Hiram-Abi was a highly skilled craftsman sent from Tyre to assist Solomon in building the temple in Jerusalem. Skilled in bronze work and other crafts, he oversaw the creation of many of the temple's important furnishings, including the bronze pillars, the bronze sea, and other sacred vessels.
