Son of King Josiah • Late Kingdom of Judah
Johanan was the firstborn son of King Josiah of Judah. Although listed in the royal genealogy, he never ruled as king, and little is recorded about his life compared to his brothers who reigned during Judah’s final years before the Babylonian exile.
