Minister to the Colossians and Fellow Prisoner of Paul • Early Church
Epaphras was a beloved fellow servant of Paul and a faithful minister of Christ associated especially with Colossae. The Colossians learned the gospel from him, and he earnestly prayed for believers in Colossae, Laodicea, and Hierapolis. In Philemon, Paul called Epaphras his fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus.
