Missionary Companion of Paul • Early Church
Trophimus was a Gentile believer from Ephesus who traveled with Paul during his later missionary work. He accompanied Paul toward Jerusalem and became indirectly involved in Paul's arrest when some Jews from Asia falsely assumed that Paul had brought Trophimus into the temple.
